Parish Meetings
2026 Schedule of Meetings.
The Parish Council meets monthly (except in August and December) usually on the fourth Monday of the month at 8.00pm and alternating between Hatton Village Hall and Hatton Park Village Hall. The Council meetings for this year are detailed below:
Ordinary Meeting - 8.00 pm Monday 26th January 2026 at Hatton Park Village Hall
Extraordinary Meeting - 6.00 pm Monday 9th February 2026 at Hatton Park Village Hall
Ordinary Meeting - 8.00 pm Monday 23rd February 2026 at Hatton Village Hall
Ordinary Meeting - 8.00 pm Monday 23rd March 2026 at Hatton Park Village Hall.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and a short period is set aside at the beginning of each meeting for anyone who wishes to address the Council. Members of the public are welcome to contribute to the discussion but may not make a vote on any proposal.
Parish Annual Assembly and Annual Meeting
In May, we hold two meetings:
Annual Parish Assembly - The Parish Council is obliged to convene this meeting, although does not necessarily chair it and is not bound by any conclusions that may be reached.
Any resident in the Parish may raise any matter of concern or interest, for instance publicising an organisation or event, or raising awareness of developments in the community. The Council supports a number of local organisations, and, if available, reports from these are presented.
Annual Meeting of the Parish Council - This is for the formal annual business of the Council (election of officers, accounts, dates of meetings for the coming year, etc.) and then the usual monthly meeting business.
